While in Seattle, drink what the Seattle knights drink. And one of the great Pinot Noir of the great state of Oregon, as well as the United States, Domaine Serene! Jammy, sweet tannins and a medium finish, I highly recommend this Pinot Noir, if you can find it! Good with most red meats and appe-teasers.
